Terms & Conditions

  • Owner and Binding of Terms: This website is owned and operated by Liberty County Bulldog Club dba as Liberty County Bulldog Booster Club. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information about the club and the ability to purchase merchandise and sponsorships online. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Privacy Policy: Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information may be used to coordinate pickup/delivery, future events or sales, and renewals.  

  • ORDER CANCELLATION : We will be happy to help you cancel your order. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation only upon request via email to libertycountybulldogclub@gmail.com. One of our members will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. If job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, graphics design, labot, materials etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. 

  • RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Since sponsorship orders are unique to each customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reproduce the order. No Refunds or Credits. Customer must notify the Liberty County Bulldog Booster Club within 5 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in ordered merchandise products. In order to receive replacement, customer must return 100% of the received product within 7 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. The Liberty County Bulldog Booster Club will make every effort to replace the product with the same product or a similar product.

  • Fulfillment: All reasonable efforts will be taken to have sponsorship signs up in a timely manner prior to the next scheduled game after funds are received.  Merchandise purchased on the website should be available unless it is clearly marked that it is a preorder item.  A member will reach out to set up getting merchandise to the customer.  In the event shipping is needed it will be billed to the customer at cost.

  • Address:  The Liberty County Bulldog Booster Club does not have a physical address as the members mainly consist of volunteers such as parents, sponsors, and school and county administration.  Our mailing address is PO Box 566, Bristol, FL 32321.
